Braaigat PTY LTD ships orders using BobGo, our trusted delivery partner. This policy outlines our shipping practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and relevant South African standards.
We deliver throughout South Africa.
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping may be available on select promotions or order values.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
You can track your parcel on the BobGo tracking portal.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for late deliveries caused by:
Strikes, weather, or operational issues at couriers
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If goods arrive damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
