  1. Die Braai Gat (Pty) Ltd is a business in the retail industry that stocks a wide range of your favourite Braai equipment and essentials. From outdoor cooking, spices, marinades, built-in braais, charcoal braais, braai accessories, cookware and much more
  2. Delivery policy
    1. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and delivery confirmed by email
    2. Die Braai Gat uses BobGo as a delivery partner
  3. Export restriction
    1. The products sold on this site are available to South African clients only.
  4. Return and Refunds Policy
    1. The provision of goods and services by Die Braai Gat is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Die Braai Gat will refund the client in full within 30 days. 
    2. Cancellations of orders by the client, for personal reasons,  will attract a 10% administration fee.
    3. Product guarantees and warranties are those offered by the original manufacturers. We honour these according to the manufacturers' policies.
  5. Customer Privacy Policy
    1. Die  Braai Gat take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal

  6. Payment options accepted
    1. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into Die Braai Gat bank account, the details of which will be provided at checkout and on request.
  7. Card acquiring and security
    Card transactions will be acquired for Die Braai Gat via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
    Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on
    the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
  8. Customer details separate from card details
    1. Customer details will be stored by Die Braai Gat separately from card details, which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

  9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    1. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
      South African Rand (ZAR).
  10. Responsibility
    Die Braai Gat takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
